• Users retain full control of private keys and funds
• Zay Me does not hold user assets

3. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering agreements.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding private keys and account access. Zay Me cannot recover lost keys.

5. Self-Custody & Risk

Transactions are irreversible. Digital assets are high risk.

6. Third-Party Services

Includes fiat ramps, card issuers, and DeFi protocols. Zay Me is not liable for them.

7. Card Services

Cards are issued by licensed partners. Subject to their terms.
